Year 5 pupils have been given the amazing opportunity to experience the great outdoors at school
and within the local area to experience outdoor learning.

This will take place on Tuesday afternoons.

The aim of the outdoor learning will enhance their
Maths, Science, Literacy skills and encourage them to take part in other curriculum activities.

Please ensure your child is appropriately dressed for the cold and possibly wet weather (Non-school
uniform) and they are likely to get muddy!

Please ensure that your child has the following;
Waterproof coat / warm coat, hat, gloves, scarves etc.
Appropriate footwear
Change of footwear for when they return into school
